A note on the words: nomihodai, “free-flow drinks”, is the fixed-price all-you-can-drink window most Japanese group dinners are built around, here two and a half hours long; buri is winter yellowtail; trippa the Italian tripe stew. Prices are as of this writing (August 2026).

natural kitchen yoomi on Tabelog (English) — opening hours, payment details and the Japanese address are kept up to date there, not here.
I want to eat something good today as well. This is Hangover Meshi. This time I came to natural kitchen yoomi in Roppongi, a place with a good-value free-flow drinks deal. There appear to be private rooms as well, so for a moderately large group — eight or so — who want to sit and talk over a drink, it may be cheap and easy to use. There is only the one private room. And this place is directly above Bianchi, which is also very good and well worth a visit.

It is cold at present so it hardly applies, but there is a roof terrace too, and it seems you can have a barbecue up there.
For taking the place over with a large group, that might be handy.
Two-and-a-half-hour course with free-flow drinks, 5,500 yen
In any case, it is cheap. Very welcome when value is the point.
First, beer.

Salami, roast beef, trippa, cream cheese, and behind it a carpaccio of buri.
That is for four people. It feels rather little, but one way and another you end up full by the finish.

Bread crisped around the edges, and crackers.
The cream-cheese-ish thing was, correctly, to be put on the crackers.

The salad has a reasonable amount to it.

It struck me partway through: they are using a great deal of dill.
Perhaps dill is how they settle the herb flavouring here.
Roast pork.
Some may be troubled by the reddish juices, but it looked cooked through to the middle.
The bigger eaters were beginning to say it might not be enough.

Penne all’arrabbiata, though not especially hot.
Penne in tomato sauce would be the better name for it. Parsley!
I do not eat much in the way of carbohydrate, so only a little. The standard thing, and perfectly good.

A financier to finish.
The free-flow drinks did not exactly arrive at speed either, so it may not suit an evening meant for drinking hard. For a large group who mainly want to talk, want a private room, and want it cheap, it could fit very well. On the lowest course the food may be a little short for the ordinary appetite. For a small appetite it is quite enough — I barely touched the bread, the crackers or the penne and was perfectly all right. Taking the whole place over is perhaps the best use of it.

I ate here and paid for it myself. Nothing on this site is a comped meal.
