Indigo, a hamburger restaurant with a deep indigo blue color, is located a short distance from Aoyama Dori. It’s been around for quite some time, and I went there once for lunch a long time ago, and I have an image of the gourmet burgers that were lumpy and delicious. An orthodox burger with a large 150g patty, sauce, and lettuce sandwiched between onions. I took a bite of it and it was delicious. The freshly baked savory patty and bulky buns give it a gutsy feel. Including the potatoes, it’s quite filling, so it’s satisfying enough!
