Kisses are in season, and I thought it would be nice to have a good tempura once in a while, so I made a reservation and went. The restaurant looks very upscale and clean!
And this is what it looks like inside!
Special bowl 6600yen
Special seasonal tempura rice bowl for 3,520 yen
Tempura set meal (A) 8250 yen
Tempura set meal (B) 11,000 yen
Tempura set meal (C) 14300 yen
There was a special tempura rice bowl (6,600 yen) at the place where I made a reservation this time, so I made a reservation there, but it doesn’t seem to be on the menu at the store.
It seems that you can choose either thick or light sauce for the tendon, and when we ordered, we were asked which one we wanted. If that’s what you’re saying, then of course the darker ones look good! So I chose the dark one.
Here’s what came out a while later.
This is a gorgeous tempura bowl. Looks so delicious!
There’s a lot of tempura on it and you can’t see any rice at all.
The ingredients are shrimp tempura, kisses and conger eel for one! It was cut in half and had two pieces in it. Vegetables include asparagus, brussels sprouts, eggplant, and myoga.
The shrimp are plump and perfectly balanced with the sauce and rice.
To begin with, the tempura is insanely delicious, so you get the impression that the entire tempura bowl is gorgeous. The legs of the shrimp are fried in a way that makes the tempura more crispy. The legs of the shrimp are crispy and delicious. The kiss was very plump and delicious. I think it is in season now.
The whole conger eel is in it, and the amount of tempura is quite large, but it seems so fatty! It’s only a good tempura shop that doesn’t have them! The fluffy and light conger eel and the sauce go well together.
The accompanying bowl is, of course, red broth.
You can eat as much as you want as the fat is quickly washed away.
The amount of rice and the amount of tempura was just right.
We saw a menu of a la carte dishes at our table, and I thought the tempura of young ayu fish looked very tasty. I had a strong urge to order something else, but this time I’m having a 6,600 yen Tendon, so I’ll hold back! Still, I think it would be more expensive if we went at night, so it might be a good deal. It was the first time in a long time that we were able to enjoy a lavish lunch and we were very satisfied with the day.
