I had an early lunch in Nishi-Azabu and was actually thinking of having some fried food, but unfortunately there was already a huge line, so I gave up and walked around. That’s when I found the “Ford Ragon”. It was like a Vietnamese restaurant.
I felt like I hadn’t eaten Vietnamese food lately, so I went inside immediately.
It was a little early, so we got on first.
Huh? Is he doing it? When I went in, there was only one clerk.

I was in the mood for something spicy, so I had the spicy beef bum + fresh spring rolls.
I looked around and waited for a while.
Then the waiter asked me if I wanted to cut a raw spring roll. Please, please! To which I replied, “I’m asking you if you want to cut it because some people say it’s hard to eat. It’s a clerk who talks to you in a pretty frank way!
It was very tasty and I ate it in my heart, but it was still a little spicy, wasn’t it? At the end of the conversation, they said, “We put something like shrimp in the Bung, but it doesn’t have a good reputation among the Japanese,” to which I replied, “It looks delicious. He said. I have the strongest memories of this lunch because of the friendly staff who often talked to me.
And here’s what we’ve been waiting for a while.
This is the Beef Bun.
The soup is bright red. It is drizzled with a spicy oil that looks like hot oil. The ingredients are onion, leek, bean sprout and beef. There was one large piece of beef and at least two pieces of pork chashu on the side. The soup is spicy to drink! It was so pungent and spicy that I couldn’t help but gag. Although the degree of spiciness is not so strong, the first blow is a strong image. Once you get over the spiciness of the soup, you can feel the gentle taste of the broth.
This is a Bun noodle, which is a little different from pho. If you’re trying to eat noodles with a round cross-section, it’s hard to hold them! I gave me chopsticks and disposable chopsticks^^ Even if it was pure white, it was small and soft noodles. It goes in smoothly. The amount of noodles is quite large, and I’m relieved that I didn’t have to use a large serving.
