Ittenbari is a famous ramen restaurant with a long history in Akasaka Mitsuke. This is a unique restaurant that is famous for its fried rice and most customers order fried rice. The first time I ate miso ramen, I saw people around me eating fried rice, so I ordered the fried rice the second time, and now I’ve ordered it the third time!
I thought it would be bad if it was crowded at this time of year, so I came to the store quite early.
I left almost at 11:00, but there was only one customer. It is indeed a popular restaurant.
Miso 850 yen
850 yen for the combination
Spicy miso 900 yen
Hiyashi Soba 1000 yen
Fried rice (large) 850 yen
This is the ramen menu, and there’s fried rice in the back.
This time, I ordered the miso ramen and fried rice in a small bowl to try both!
It takes a little bit of courage to order two of them because they don’t come in a set.
The order was placed with a heavy heart.
The first thing we came to was ramen.
Miso ramen with a lot of ingredients. It has bean sprouts, green beans, green onions, menma, and a large chashu. When I drank a bite of the soup, it was a dark miso with a slight sour taste. It has a strong miso flavor, so the taste is very strong.
The medium thickness noodles are tangled in the thick miso soup and are delicious! The taste is very strong, so it may be good for hangovers.
In the meantime, fried rice appeared!
It’s not half fried rice or half fried rice, it’s a little bit more as the name of the fried rice komeuri means.
Both together are quite bulky! But it’s the ramen + fried rice that I dreamed of.
This fried rice is really good.
A so-called common fried rice made with an egg, green onion and chashu. But I didn’t expect it to be so good. It’s a pretty high level substitute for orthodox fried rice. Fried rice is so delicious! I’m glad I ordered fried rice. If I hadn’t asked for this, I would have definitely made it public.
And one of the things I wanted to do was to try a thick miso soup and fried rice together. I scooped up some fried rice and dipped it in a little broth and ate it and it was delicious! It goes well with the thick miso flavor and fried rice.
It’s very good, but if you only order the fried rice, you’ll want to eat ramen after you’re done eating it, and vice versa, so we ordered both of them this time and were very satisfied. It’s a great way to get to know your friends and family.
